The inflammation leads to various metabolic disorders such as changes in hormones that control satiety, increased appetite, increased accumulation of substances that cause hormonal changes.

Then a treatment for weight quickly and healthy, not based solely on a calorie-reduction plan, but rather based on a set of behaviors that point to the reduction of inflammation, these are:

increased consumption of antioxidant foods, foods rich in nutrients, vitamins, minerals and phytochemicals, physical activity, hormonal modulation, reducing stress and other factors.
